- Photos you upload — images of items you are offering to sell or consign.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, bank account details, card numbers, or government ID through this website. Please do not send them through our forms.
HOW WE USE IT
We use what you send us for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out the sale or consignment. That includes valuing your items, sending you an offer, arranging pickup or shipping, listing consigned items for sale, and paying you.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.
SERVICES WE USE
To run this site we rely on a small number of third-party services, and information you submit passes through them:
- Netlify — hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
- Formspree — delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
- Imgur — hosts photos uploaded through our sell and consign forms so we can view them alongside your inquiry.
Please note: photos uploaded through our forms are stored on Imgur via an anonymous upload and are accessible to anyone who has the direct link. The link is not published or indexed, but it is not password-protected. Do not upload photos that contain documents, identification, faces, or anything else you would not want a third party to see. If you would prefer to send photos privately, email them to us directly instead.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on their systems.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep inquiry emails and associated photos for as long as needed to respond and to maintain records of completed transactions. If you would like us to delete your inquiry and any uploaded photos, email us and we will do so, subject to any records we are required to retain for tax or legal reasons.
YOUR CHOICES
